1. Zero Tolerance Policy
GHOOST by Cybo Ltd maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content.
We explicitly prohibit:
- Any content depicting, promoting, or glorifying child sexual abuse
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way
- Grooming behavior or solicitation of minors
- Distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any content that endangers children's safety
Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
2. How to Report
If you encounter any content that violates our Child Safety Policy, please report it immediately:
2.1 In-App Reporting
After viewing any content in GHOOST, tap the "Report" button and select "Child safety concern". Provide as much detail as possible.
2.2 Email Us Directly
Contact our child safety team at: support@cybo.uk
All reports are reviewed within 24 hours and treated with the highest priority.
3. Content Review Process
Our content moderation process includes:
- All reported content is reviewed by trained moderators
- CSAM reports are escalated immediately to senior staff
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies
- Violating content is removed and preserved for legal purposes
- User accounts involved in violations are permanently banned
- We report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC as required by law
4. Age Requirements
GHOOST is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a user is under the minimum age requirement, please report it to us at support@cybo.uk.
5. Parental Resources
We encourage parents and guardians to:
- Monitor their children's online activities
- Discuss online safety with their children
- Report any concerns to us immediately
- Contact local authorities if they believe a child is in danger
